Etiquette

Impeccable hygiene is a must or service may be refused.

Underwear must be removed for intimate waxing.

Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

We DO NOT offer Sexual services.

Service guarantee

Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.

Current policies due to COVID-19

  • We ask that you arrive at the salon alone!

  • Arrive as close as possible to your treatment time

  • Use sanitiser on entering the salon

  • Do not attend if you are unwell or have COVID symptoms

Patch testing

Treatments that require a patch test, will not be carried out unless a patch test is carried out by us and logged on our system, patch tests must be carried out at least 24 hours prior to appointment. 

Patch tests are required for Tint, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination. 
Patch test is required before these services on first visit, or longer than six month between treatment or any changes to health or medication.

During pregnancy a patch test is required 3 days prior to Tinting appointments for every visit.

Please note during pregnancy Brow lamination and Lash lifting is not suitable due to hormone changes.

Contact lenses must be removed for Lash tinting or Lash lifting, please bring a replacement pair or wear glasses to appointment where possible.

Health history

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your therapist immediately.

Late arrival

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to have the treatment required due to time restraint and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled. Our cancellation fee may be applied.

Cancellation policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. Cancellations within 2 days or missing your appointment will result in a fee up to 100% of the booking.

Your appointments are reserved for you and, while we understand sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hours for cancellations.

Cancellations within 48 hours fee 50%

No shows are charge in full.

Please understand when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

As a courtesy we will confirm your appointment with you in advance, via email 72 hrs prior allowing you time to amend if required, a reminder text will also be sent 24 hrs prior to the appointment, however understand, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment day and time to avoid, late arrival, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Those who misuse 72 hrs re-scheduling may be banned from booking online.

COVID has now been reclassified and is now no different than any other illness so cancellation policy applies. If you are unwell do not attend your appointments, if you turn up physically unwell service will be refused and full payment will be charged.

 

Starting your period is not a reason to cancel, as you can still be waxed safely and in the same way. Cancellation fee will apply.

If I feel unwell or test positive for COVID I will not perform any treatments, this may mean I have to cancel appointments at short notice. I appreciate that this may be inconvenient, but is done entirely for your safety!

Please only book if you can agree to our booking terms as these are enforced no exceptions.

Right to refuse service

Salon staff, have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. We will not tolerate physical, discriminatory, personal or sexual harassment.

For general waxing, Clients under 16 must have parental consent and be accompanied by said parent.

Clients 16 to 18 must have parental consent.

Dermaplaning and Microneedling strictly 18 and over.

Aesthetic treatments 18 and over.
