  • At Strip Bare Beauty & Waxing Salon, your appointments are reserved just for you.

    We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours; notice for cancellations-or rescheduling.

    This allows us to accommodate other clients, and protect appointment availability.

    Cancellation Fees Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the appointment cost.

    24 hours or less / No-shows (missed appointment): 100% of the appointment cost.

    We send out courtesy email reminders at 72 hours before your appointment. At this point you still have time to reschedule your appointment if needed. Once you are within 48 hours of your appointment, the services booked are locked in and subject to the charges above.

    Requests to waive cancellation fees due to exceptional circumstances will be considered at our discretion.

    Waiting List If you need to cancel, letting us know early allows us to offer the slot to clients on our wait-list. This help us accommodate more people and minimise disruptions.

    Health and Wellness Policy For the safety of our clients and staff: If you are unwell, please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule. Clients arriving unwell will be refused service, and cancellation fees apply.

    If our staff are unwell, appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled at short notice. While we appreciate this is inconvenient, its done entirely with your safety in mind.

  • We take pride in the quality of our work and the standards we deliver. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please let us know during your appointment or within 24 hours of your visit. We will always do our best to review any concerns fairly and find a suitable resolution where appropriate.

  • General waxing services are available to clients aged 13 and over with parental or guardian consent and be accompanied by parent or guardian.

    Extended bikini waxing is available to clients aged 16 and over.

    Brazilian and Hollywood waxing services are available to clients aged 18 and over.

    Derma-planing and Micro-needling are for clients strictly aged 18 and over.

    Proof of age may be requested for treatments subject to age restrictions.

  • Treatments that require a patch test, will not be carried out unless a patch test is carried out by Strip Bare and recorded on your client file. Patch tests must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. 

    Patch tests are required for:

    • Tint

    • Lash Lift

    • Brow Lamination. 

    Patch tests are required before your first treatment at Strip Bare, or if more than six months have passed since our last treatment, or any changes to your health or medication.

    In line with manufacturer recommendations, Tint, Lash Lift and Brow Lamination are not available during pregnancy.

    Contact lenses must be removed for Lash tinting or Lash lifting, please bring a replacement pair, solution or wear glasses to the appointment where possible.

  • Strip Bare staff reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where a clients behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive, intimidating or unsafe.

    Abusive threatening, discriminatory or sexually inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.

  • Clients are expected to attend appointments with a good standard of personal hygiene. Service may be declined where hygiene standards are considered unsuitable for treatment.

    Underwear must be removed for Buttocks, Brazilian, and Hollywood waxing.

    Strip Bare provides professional Beauty and Waxing services only.

    Any inappropriate request, comments or behaviour will result in the appointment being terminated immediately and future appointment will be refused.
